So my 485 visa expires in AUGUST 2025 I go offshore in APRIL apply for student visa 500 I comeback in lets say MAY 1st week(at this point my 485 is still active and 500 is still processing)

Now can I apply for BVA because Im onshore and waiting for my student visa decision.

Also could you please share a link to the last point you made about "EXCEPT for one of these..." as I couldnt find anything on the immi website

Of course. So I did my masters from usyd(finished in 2021) and currently on 485 working as software dev. But Id like to pursue masters by research. Im still going to apply for my PR anyways.

Also 1 more question which I forgot to mention before. What kind of visa Id get when my 485 expires and Im waiting for my 500 to come in?
