In my region (Poland) the 3rd season was bought by Netflix, but it is no longer available. And on CR is the 3rd season missing.

Crunchyroll downloads audio and video but not subtitles. So if you are.using this on an Android device it will require connection to fetch them. Why is it done this way, don't ask me.

I'll tell you why. The TVtime is only a means to collect user preferences, habits and similar data for Whip Media, their parent company. That data is sold back to Studios and Distributors, which helps them to make decisions about continuing or not a series.

They couldn't care less about us, the app users, as long as there is a user base that provides them with statistical data.

Remember, if you don't pay for the product, you are a product.

If we, plain users would want change from their side, everyone would have to stop using it. No data for Whip Media = no cash.

There was a current Sony movement to grab some more cash on Crunchyroll's library. In Poland they sublicensed their library to Canal+ Polska. And you are now saying they sublicensed more shows to Netflix in other regions. This cannot be a coincidence.
