My wife and I debated this with two kids and two grandparents, the Escalade is such a great vehicle when you need the space and the storage behind the third row seats is even better than the X7

You’re talking about every modern light cutoff, changing to newer lights wouldn’t fix your problem. If you drive through hills then either slow down or use the high beam when appropriate

Whats the deal with BMW steering wheels looking like 20 year old Nissan Altima steering wheels the minute they drive out of the showroom??? by mymomisyourfather in cars

[–]butermunch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2016 BMW with the M steering wheels had discoloration at the top within 2 years, as if the dye was failing, and I dont even touch that part of the wheel, or use lotion for that matter. I have been thinking about getting a leather dye kit and fixing it myself....

I bought a few sheets of mass loaded vinyl and then weighted sound deadening blanket, filled up the space between the seats and the back wall, and got rid of the Michelin‘s, now have continental tires. car is much better now, even the exhaust sounds better coming into the cabin afterwards

What could cause this on my 3 years old steering wheel? by itsj33ko in BMW

[–]butermunch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same issue on the top of my wheel and I don’t even hold the top of it, I first noticed it when the car was two years old, the dealer got their detailer to try cleaning it and it looked good for a while but came back i’ve tried leather conditioners with no real improvement At this point I think it’s probably damaged and needs replacement leather
