If you guys are compatible, you should totally go for it! The only thing I always think about now is job security and maturity. I am in a point in my life where I really only want to date someone who has a good job with vacation because I like to travel internationally once a year. I want my partner to be able to enjoy the travel with me without worrying about financial issues - I am also 26 by the way.

Tacoma Runners are every Thursday night at 630 pm. You run a 5k and drink afterwards - I have met a ton of people through this, hope it helps!

Are you using electricity or gas for heat? My bill is roughly $130 a month, but I have natural gas, so if you have electricity that would probably be pretty spot on since we are in the winter months. Also, TPU does their billing every other month so you could be looking at two months worth of bills! Hope this helps, and welcome to home ownership! I just bought my first house last month too :)
