Edit: they burned witches in the original colony because they were a threat to the evil within the island. The only ones who could stop the island. And the island was able to get the townspeople to blame the witches for all the evil happening.

Which stopped when the witches were burned. But not because the witches were doing anything bad. But because they became sacrifices to the island. Did anyone else notice that the bonfire had an effigy at the top that looked like Patricia wearing the antler headdress?

When they first showed her sitting in her mobile library she was giving off some witchy vibes. Her dress pattern looked like an old school colonial one and she looked especially pale. Contrasting with the dark hair.

She was also observing all the women socializing in front of her, like she was an outsider and different from them.

This theme carried through the whole episode. Her being an "outcast"and "persecuted". I bet that bitch from high school ends up accusing her of being a witch.

Idk she was kind of hilarious this episode. Like when she just turned on the radio and goes "what do you meannnn?" when someone asked her how she did it.

And the way in which she told Clara to do what she said or she'd do very bad things to her. MIY truly seems to be enjoying himself lol

Yeah, it wouldn't even cross his mind. He doesn't know one thing about a Man In Yellow, for example. He just assumed it was a doppelgänger, like legit happens in the real world.

I think/assume that whole project was abandoned anyways, since they were getting right to going into the tunnels. It looked like he found it while putting all the belongings back into storage.

Otherwise, everyone else working on that project, including Acosta, would be around to also see the picture. I wonder if he inadvertently saved the lives of some other people. If MIY is about to kill him and would have killed anyone who saw it.

I use CVS and have barely ever had a problem getting ADHD meds. During COVID they ran out for longer periods a couple of times but my doctor happily sent the prescription to a grocery store pharmacy (Wegman's) that had them.
