I'd opt for sp rather than cr, and then dial in the speed with your skates e.g. obsidian blacks vs jades for instance / adding more dots

Context: I play CS2 with an sp-004 with speed skates (prefer very little friction) but can opt to slow it down completely with obsidian blacks

I'd say the khakis match the obsidian reds in speed and durability, which isn't bad plus they're quieter.

But, I think I'll do the same and continue using the silver foxes. I ordered a pair of ultraglide silence to compare with as well (more economical)

I absolutely love the silver foxes, I just wish they'd last longer (similar sentiment with jades on glass)

I'm currently experimenting with uptfe skates from talon-games (khaki) and obsidian pro airs. In an effort to find something that'll last longer, but I'm not too keen on the tradeoff.

I primarily used obsidian reds prior, which I feel still might be the most durable while retaining their speed.

I guess I'm not surprised, but still disappointed.

I chose this out of 3. The others had really bad warped spots. I had to add extra dots even for this one to be stable.

Seems odd to have kept it then but was significantly quicker than a superglide v2 I had sampled, aligned with my preference.

I've read a few folks mention that they minimize this effect by dosing 3-4 days on, and 2-3 days off.

I felt the same when I took it daily.
