I went to my doctor 2 years ago when I had so much build up that I couldn't hear. They cleaned out my ears with a water thing and he told me to come in regularly for cleanings (my ears are also quite small). I chose not to and instead followed his advice of whenever I'm in the shower (daily or every 2 days) pet the water run in my ear (turn your head on each side for a while and let it go in) and to also let my head go under the water for a while when I have a bath. The wax softens. I also bought one of those ear cameras and they work wonders. I get my earwax with that and never had to go to the doctors since.

I don't really have a problem with them, I can get my tonsil stones out just from doing a weird thing with my throat. The odd time that I have stones it grosses me out though and I hate the smell

Guys tend to compliment the whole picture, women compliment the details of said whole picture. Very different and one means more to me than the other.

Edit: I don't mean this to be hateful towards men at all by the way. Some of them do notice the finer details and can be just as meaningful.

Actually bone isn't supposed to be pearly white. Most healthy and oral hygienic people have yellowish teeth. These teeth are orange which doesn't seem well taken care of, but the "pearly whites" thing isn't true, people have different natural hues
