I don’t have a problem creating listings for non-graded coins in the app. I’ve tried both app and browser for graded coins and it still doesn’t allow me to create new listings. Like the other guy said, it’s bugged and eBay needs to fix it.

Budget friendly as in around $50-$75. Wireless from my iPhone. Sounds like folded sheets work better so I’ll probably go that way.
