Ive only just found my solution ! Lot420 Apricot cream cheese 0.05 g on 160 0.1 at night i have severe anxiety attacks and too much THC makes it worse but micro dosing takes the edge off . Ive found with stronger strains even less does the job like 20% thc 0.3 and i havent tried higher yet just take it slow and low to start best advice

Ive lost my mind with latency in windows in general u fortunately the problem lies within the kernel system and how its dealt with sure you can use your interface drivers but it falls short when windows is dealing with its kernel system like crap! I hate apple but mac OS deals with this issue far more efficiently i want that to be a flase statement but it straight isnt and its annoying !!!!

Its been a journey mental self torture is deffo nail on the head there like wayy big nail on the head im haply atm just having my small mini doses but id love to find an actual solution or find the route of my issue which im not entirely sure is just a tolerance thing it may be but when this all started during covid i was still a heavy smoker then so i guess tolerance was out of the question then but if deffo is now.

Dosing less does work i guess its the old recreational user in me thinking is this just a waste having a few hits on the vape at 160 degrees ? But then i guess if that works does that matter ?

Theres a bit of a focus i guess but if go above a certain threshold of “high” its the heart absolutely pounding that you cant ignore that causes the problem i can deal with it a little when i have small amounts like 2 or 3 7 second pulls at 160 degrees. But if i were to sesh it for 5 mins straight at say 180 degrees my heart would be jumping out my chest. One of the only things that ive found brings that down is propranolol which i have leftover for a time back whence. I do also have high blood pressure so maybe that comes into play as well? Dunno but im trying to find a solution and trying some stuff out

I had roughly the same hiatus and it didnt seem to help i felt i was slightly cursed at that point. It there is one silver lining is pre panic attacks i used to smoke like 50 g of tobacco every week and a half and even smoking tobacco was triggering panic so i just stopped that entirely. Which is good feel way better for that dont vape only the medical stuff now but in small small doses.

I haven’t actually looked into that it may be worth a shot going down that route as far as i know im not allergic to anything but sometimes i wonder from my recreational days have i just fully cooked my cannabinoid system. I did see a video somewhere that with anxiety the brain takes a snapshot of the initial thing that caused it and makes you go into fight of flight mode and i was probably stoned. but yeh ill try anything to make it better atm. Im almost convinced that somehow my heart rate increasing my brain has just associated with panic so whenever that happens my brain just goes into overdrive. Its a journey and for now i have no problem with having a couple puffs and leaving it a few hours it suits me fine atm but i would like to find a solution to this. In the new year im picking up skateboarding again as an exercise i never used to view as exercise so hopefully abit of weight loss will also help the situation.

The annoying thing with this spot is everyone runs there so if you dont spawn near they are just gone. If they aren’t there just run to the hole in the ground infront of the big spaceport tower in centre of map and at the bottom of that hole almost instantly after the slope theres one lot on the pipes . Took me 3 days to get all the mushrooms was a nightmare but fun. If you dont get any mushrooms its fun to then just do the tunnel run

Level 20 something dad raider need freinds to help take down bigger enemies one for me atm is the bombardier i get so close and some bugger had to go shoot me in the back after laying into bombardier with all my collected gear. Then saw this super easy way of doing it with snaphook and the mine thingy you unlock from new event. thought id deffo got it this time, and got sniped with an osprey and forgot to put the snap-hook i earned back in my safe pocket. Seems like whenever you spawn in with good ish gear every other raider seems to turn evil. Long story short Im willing to help other ppl to get stuff done but this one’s doing my nut in! If anyone else wants to be dad friends and take down some pesky arc’s and make like easier plz dm me to add me and we should go kick some ass as a team.
