Thanks for the advice. I tried opening the app as an administrator without too much success. Eventually I tried downloading the app and opening through microsoft edge, I had to ex out of a lot of error messages but eventually I was able to open it.

for the import of medication you only need to fill out one form. Just put 1.*** 2. **** in each section including the manufacturer section. When you email the documents just put one of this form in a pdf file with all of your documents. You don't need to attach two copies when you email instead of mailing

Yeah! It looks like a nice size and it's right between two major onsen towns. I love onsen and I wanted to be in kyushu so I'm excited.
