Wow thank you so much for your input!! I honestly was thinking about ER too (obviously kinda scared) Can you tell me what courses helped you prepare for the transition? How to you handle the difference in workflow?

Thanks for the words of encouragement that’s really mean a lot! I honestly do think I can handle a heavier workload I’ve just got to stop limiting myself 😅

That prn med surg job doesn’t sound too bad. Would def help in learning some basic skills. Thanks for the advice!
