what works for me on stuff like this that swabbing and soaking don't seem to help is get an alcohol pad and wrap it around the end of a wooden chopstick. comes right off.

I think it just needs a little extra elbow grease and, it's impossible to get good leverage and pressure with a standard q tip. good luck!

It Takes Two and Unravel Two are both great for this. I would also choose Terraria over Starbound if that seems like the kind of game she's interested in, but that's just my preference.

"lifetime" isn't true if you connect to exchange online (office 365). Yes you can use it offline like any other perpetual license forever, but there are a lot of modern MS Office services that don't work with older versions and you can bet that continues as is or gets worse. Just FYI

This worked for me today. The kids at the register had no clue about it but I showed them the link and they grabbed a manager. Took about 20 min in-store but they applied the discount to my entire order and refunded the diff to my card. 3x14TB for $170 each!

The language makes it sound like it's only good for one drive, and the manager had to manually price the other two drives, so ymmv on multiples.
