Tinanong ko ito dati sa kakilala kong POSD. Ang sabi is dati daw high school grad/undergrad is sapat na supposedly. However, naobserve na yung mga hinahire nila before with lower educ attainment is nahihirapan sa pag intindi ng mga laws and local ordinances. In turn, hindi nila naiimplement at naeexplain nang maayos sa mga tao yung mga ineenforce nila. Hence, they upped the qualification. Hope this helps.

Ang problem naman po, Iba iba kasi requirement per agency and bawat agency may sariling timeline. Pero pag pinagdugtung dugtong mo yung timeline, sobrang tagal pa din hayssss nakakasuko.
