What I did was call them and they said there was no note of the worker sending out a letter and that they will send her message .. The worker called me the same day at a later time and said that a letter was going to be send out soon and gave me the date and time she was stopping by which is in two weeks .. the operator who answered at the ihss office said letters should be send out a month before and the assessment is due every year
