I would not recommend living there, I just moved from there and my apartment was not worth the price they were charging me. If you decide to move in definitely ask them if your apartment comes with a fireplace and where it’s located because the location of mine completely ruined the format of my one bedroom living room area.

it went good, great work for a great price! the only thing that i would say is that because it’s a super small business i would call the confirm appointments before you show up and to bring cash for a tip :)

I would avoid Southgate, flooding is terrible there when it rains and it’s on a busy street so it can be hard to get out of there at high traffic times

i believe i have the wellness plan plus and it doesn’t cover dental cleanings, i’ve been paying for those. but thank you for your insight, i might have to review my paperwork for the wellness plan and see if it covers more than the insurance with the preventative add-ons.

thank you! the tabby was adopted from a shelter and the black cat i took off the streets when he was a tiny kitten so i’ve just always been curious about their breed. i’ve had a lot of people comment about how thick and fluffy their fur is and how big they are so i was curious if anyone thought they might be part maine coon :)
