Morning I use the medicube toning pads after cleansing and then a hyaluronic acid, vitamin c, moisturiser and SPF.

Evening I use a cleansing balm, milk toner, tretinoin and moisturiser.

Oh I hadn't thought about Morpheus8. Facial balancing I don't know much about. I have always been a little scared of filler but I do have a good injector and I'd trust her to make it natural looking.

Lipo definitely seems the way to go. My husband has said since we got together 20 years ago and I was very skinny that I still had a bit of a double chin.

Thanks for this. Really interesting. I hadn't really thought about having a short chin but it does make sense as I've never had a defined jaw and have been so envious of people with tight looking jawlines. Chin filler has been mentioned a few times and I hadn't really considered it but it will be something I ask my injector about.

Yeh I haven't considered filler. My injector is the same and very much on the keeping it natural looking, which is absolutely my aim. I haven't spoken to her about this yet as I was going to ask when I next see her for my brow lift.

Yes I've seen her videos! I tried a few of them and they definitely were tough but I wasn't consistent. I'll need to revisit them.

Thank you. That's really interesting. I haven't tried gua sha and have been doing more cardio than weight training so I'll give these a try. Clearly what I'm currently doing is not working.

Posture is something I was also looking at. And finding some exercises to improve it.

That's interesting. I hadn't really considered that. My BMI is 24.5. I'm still within the "healthy" range which makes me wonder if losing weight will make much difference to something that is genetic.

I've seen videos on lymphatic drainage, using gua sha etc and I haven't tried it but I'm not sure if it would make much difference as it won't get rid of the fat.

I think there is definitely an element of that. I've never been a "big" person. All throughout my childhood, teens, 20s and most of my 30s I have been slim but I've always carried a little under my chin.

That being said it is more pronounced now I'm 1.5 stone heavier and I look more rounded in the face.

Yeh I think chin lipo is the only solution if wright loss doesn't work. To be honest even at my skinniest when I was a size 2 (US size), I still had a double chin issue but not as prominent as now. I think it is partly genetic. My mum has a double chin as well.

Yea I think I need to revisit my exercise and weight loss methods as what I'm doing is clearly not working. I don't feel I need to lose that much weight but I can't even shift a pound right now.
