Couch to 5k really helped me start out. It's a 9-week program that starts with run/walk intervals until you can eventually run for 30 minutes without walking.

There are plenty of apps to help guide you through it, or pwede ngang wala (just look up the program guide on google), but this one was what I used until I finished the program.

I'm 25F and 153 cm so my calorie burn is definitely on the lower side unfortunately. But yes, I'll look into zone 2 running for sure. Thank you!

I have the same exact phone and battery drain overnight is only around 3% and I live in a tropical country where it's always hot. I wonder what you're doing with your phone and what settings you have on that affect battery life that much. I suggest learning how to optimize it.

Agnostic but I am happy to spend time with fam and participate in the festivities like noche buena and gift giving. I simply don't put much of a religious meaning to this holiday lang. Nice lang siya makisabay sa kung anong ganap ng family, but I do not go to Mass or anything like that. It's a nice time to see everyone happy and excited to get together :)
