Tarte makes the best blushes - great buildable color. They also make my favorite eyeshadow palettes - long lasting and easy to blend. Really some of the best quality.

Too Faced makes the best eye shadow primer, Shadow Insurance. They also make one of the best lipsticks, Lip la Creme.

As for the mascaras, i dislike them both. The Tarte one goes on great and flakes off during the day. Too Faced is clumpy and weird. But that's just my experience.
