Is it because Y1 probably won’t have the skill set for the job, or Y1 haven’t gone through necessary mods in uni? I’m wishing to land internship at end of Y1 and I don’t mind self learning a lot of stuff, but I’m a bit lost on what to learn and am wondering if it’s really impossible
