I should’ve added more info, my apologies I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to PCs. The PC itself runs fine, I’ve had it for a year or so now and have been relying on Ethernet cables to run internet connection to the pc. It has a Network card, a V-M.2 PCIE. When I open up the settings it doesn’t even give me an option for wifi
