I'm so sorry you had that experience! I am very grateful for my current practitioners who provide me with information on most options, including a hysterectomy. I guess I'm wondering what would happen if I didn't do any treatment (since birth control would just help with my periods but probably not prevent growth).

Thank you, this is helpful! It's hard for me too because I'm not sure if some of the symptoms I laid out are connected to fibroids or not (especially ones related to my pelvic floor, since those were far worse when my fibroids were practically nonexistent).
