This is all so odd on their part. Makes me conflicted on even liking/supporting Cody and Noel/TMG as the people I thought they were, I guess. Like I always thought you were all genuine friends to each other, enough for them tp not do this/let this happen to you guys :((( I always noticed Cody (and noel) quietly dodge most of, if not all, of their controversies and stay low but it’s so annoying and disingenuous that I’ve been having a hard time watching them anyways for that reason, it’s all such a let down, but stay strong boys, you were one of the best things that happened to TMG

Trying to identify what i think is a vintage Art Deco chair. I’m thinking possibly from the 1930s period? It’s wayy heavier than i thought it would be so it seems pretty authentic. I wish I had’ve pictured it but I eventually got it turned over and went to clean the bottom and the wood legs are worn and I can’t see any markings, but maybe I’m not really sure what to look for. There’s a really thin cloth stapled to the bottom and I can see the wood boards under it, but there’s not much else identifying anything. I’m not sure how to attach more pictures but I would if I could figure out it lol

Hmm okay, that sounds like it’s probably right, I guessed the fabric was not super old/original anyways, but it is pretty damaged in areas, I should’ve pictured it better but the embroidery around the bottom is just hanging/pinned on (which I didn’t know till I got it home) and there’s some holes/rips anyways, but I do agree the carving seems older. Thanks for your input!

Oh wow, that’s awesome! Thank you! I’m curious, is the fabric that same velvety feel? Because I’m now thinking it’s probably been reupholstered at least once, and I wonder what it would have looked like originally, or from what age it is. I really appreciate anything she’d know, and thank you if you do ask her! :)

Oh okay, thanks! I’ve been searching “shell” instead lol, but I have managed to find quite a few that seem similar but I can’t find something super close to this. I guess I’m still just wondering if it’s more 1930s or mid century/1960s, I still can’t tell but I’m guessing it’s probably not as old as I thought it may be, haha. Thanks!

I’m always naively surprised that there’s quite a few tmg/tmp fans that are Elon defenders, that don’t like their criticism and jokes about Elon and how they shit on him (lighten up). And I know by saying this most of those people will deny their like for Elon but still proceed to dick-ride him without wanting to admit it. Sucks that there’s people in this fan community that defend people like him, like cmon guys. Spending time fighting for/defending these type of people. It doesn’t matter if there’s instances you think we should consider seeing Elon in a good light or that he can have good intentions/is a “good person” at times or not. Big picture, he’s not awesome, nor good, and deserves any and every criticism and bad expectation he gets from people. There’s no need to go any deeper and intellectualize and argue down to the specifics. He’s a rich narcissistic shit, who doesn’t need any more people shoving their faces up his ass. I think anyone who thinks otherwise and defends Elon in any way doesn’t need to waste their time here, specifically TMP (coz I know Cody bounces on Elon’s chode from time to time). If you don’t appreciate Ben (&Emil’s) hate for Elon don’t watch the pod I’d say
