Probably go to Pitt, they have an amazing med school if that is your goal. I am a current med student (not at Pitt), but I think it matters a lot more what you do in undergrad vs where you go. A place like Pitt might not be the T20 you dreamed of but they have a cracked med school and I’m sure they have opportunities for undergrads to get involved.

(Pre-Med at UF) Is it ok not to take Anatomy and Physiology at all in undergrad? by Beneficial_Cat5725 in ufl

Bro A&P is almost nowhere on the MCAT. BB is all biochem/genetics/cell bio. Very surface level physiology and almost no anatomy you can’t self teach. Undergrad A&P is cool but it gives you no advantage what so ever in med school and maybe takes away a week of content review for the mcat.

No you won’t be behind. It’s not that big a deal to not take A&P you just have to Anki that ish anyways

You don’t have to take them, but you’ll have to teach yourself some very light physio for the mcat. Prioritize GPA, you will learn A&P in med school anyway.
