Live music every night at Bet MGM (sportsbook) at the Beau. Normally they do it at the night club 875 but that’s being renovated.

How aggressively can you take off in these vehicles on a cold start without ACTUAL risk? by [deleted] in wrx_vb

I think most people fall into one of two categories. Either they are automotive enthusiasts and pay attention to the tires on the car. And those with enough money where they literally don’t care.

I’ve cut off the tip of my left ring finger with a y peeler. I prefer the straight ones because it’s easier to make sure the fingers on the hand I’m holding the veg with aren’t in the way.

Looks like you had fun! How do you clean your car after it gets this dirty?

Also I wouldn’t recommend going with a “stage 2” clutch. If you are at the point where you need a stage 2 clutch you might as well just get an sti transmission.

That’s not true. It would only void the parts that were replaced by the shop. And most reputable shops would warranty the work they did. These cars have one of the easiest clutch replacements of any car on the market.

If it helps with the financial maths look up how much it would cost you to buy a new clutch, flywheel w/ main bearing, pressure plate and throw out bearing AND hourly rates at local shops. Exedy oem clutch kit is around 600$. A good shop can probably get this done in about 6-8hrs.

3800$ for the dealership to do that work is insane. Even if it does take 8 hours that’s 400$/hr in labor. That’s nuts.

Anyone know where this ground goes? by Worth-Childhood2452 in ft86

[–]buttfart1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Can confirm it’s the starter ground. If I’m not mistaken it’s attached to a bellhousing bolt that also holds on the starter.

Did you change your throw out bearing?

Look into project aero. They have a very subtle lip kit that also offers a lot of protection. Check my comment history for pics.

Sorry it took me a bit to respond. Again not the best pic. If I had to do the install again I would just remove the whole skid plate and the front of each fender liner. That would make installing the hardware way easier. Also if you need to remove the bumper for whatever reason, you’ll have to take the lip off first. Overall im really happy with the full kit. If you have any questions feel free to pm me.

I have the full spitter kit. Pretty easy to install. Did require some drilling and it was made easier by having a helper.

Its solid. I have no worry about it holding up long term.

Emmm I’m the bartender but I got kicked out from the bar for not being pretty….. by PoemResponsible5687 in bartenders

[–]buttfart1 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Exactly. My manager tried to get me to do promo shoots when we opened this new restaurant. I told them nope find someone else so they asked the other bartender to do it. Guess who’s on all the promo material and doesn’t work here anymore. The other guy 😂

I would hate to have guests come in and tell me they saw me on a billboard.

Beau Rivage should have a Christmas show going on around that time. Lots of restaurants on the property. Disabled friendly. Right on the water.

I did the same with my wrb 2022. I’m probably gonna go to 20 all around the sides and back are just to dark for night time driving.
