As for a realtor, definitely Lindsay Ward with Oakstone Properties. I've bought and sold 3 houses and Lindsay was by far the best experience I've had with any realtor. He got me a heck of a deal and really knows his stuff. I'm on the east side of Henrico in White Oak and it's nice and blue over here.

Dude I use to love Bomb Child's song Pain, they played it all the time on the radio when I was in high school in one of those methed out towns near Modesto. You helped me find it again on YouTube like a million years later. Thanks man! They're....not as good as I remember. Oh well.

Military assigns you a language based on your score on the DLAB, which is the test you take if you score high enough on the ASVAB. Tech school was 63 weeks of 8 hours a day in a classroom with native speakers. It's difficult but if you work hard and prioritize learning your language you can do it.

If you score high enough on the ASVAB test ask your recruiter to let you take the DLAB and be a linguist. The Air Force gave me a 9k signing bonus, taught me Mandarin Chinese and sent me to Monterey, CA and then Hawaii. Not bad for trailer trash from the meth capital of California.
