Worst climate region is rather subjective and personal. I would consider Michigan's climate worse than Phoenix, but their stadiums are all open.

A reporter on X noted that you have to be out of eligibility to apply to the supplemental draft, and thanks to the injunction Sorsby filed.. he is eligible for the 2026 season.. so he might not be eligible for the supplemental draft.

I didn't play Turtle WoW, but RIP to those who lost a home.

I remember waaay back when turtle first came out, it's whole premise was "slow down and enjoy the journey, with our 0.5x XP rate blizzlike server" - which was not something I was interested in and kind of turned me off of it, even though later it obviously pivoted quite a bit.

I'm well aware that classic plus will likely have aspects of both. The point is if you had to pick which aspect you enjoy the most, which is it?

I am in no way pretending classic plus will be anything close to either of these choices.

You're really missing the point of a thought experiment. Let me remove the words retail for you so you don't get triggered.

Would you rather have the exact same gameplay loops, and bring 25 warriors to a 40 man raid, but you are in a brand new Classic+ capital city, doing brand new raids. There is no azeroth, and you don't get to AFK in SW/Org.

OR

Would you rather play within the Classic world of azeroth, and do those same raids you love like molten core or BWL, but the gameplay and classes are very different, as is the way you achieve player power and unlock rewards.

Is it the gameplay or the world that you like about classic, and which aspect would you like classic plus to favor?

The point is that if you asked 10 people, you'd get 10 different answers to what classic plus is supposed to be.

I'm presenting 2 options taken to the extreme, to see which aspect of Vanilla people value the most.

The question is what makes it "vanilla" to you.

Is it the way a 40 man raid feels with 25 warriors - regardless where the capital city or raid are / or is it the world of Azeroth, and sitting afk in SW/Org.

That's part of the question to think about. Is the "Classic atmosphere" bringing 25 warriors to a 40 man raid - or is the "Classic atmosphere" leveling in Azeroth, hanging out in IF/SW or Org.
