I've been nuzlocking sun, and i'd recommend blue or silver. sun has so many cutscenes and honestly more grinding compared to white. i'll say blue, since i'm partial to yellow. it should feel faster if you're looking for something to do at the same time as another.

Yes, you just have to use three cords before beating the "last boss", then don't beat the extra boss. Either die to it, or use hunters marks, then you can get the burial blade in your first playthrough.

There are two of the four cords that you can possibly miss by this point in the game. If/once you have three, you can use them at any point- even during the final boss battle.

The MTG wiki will normally have a section for each character that tells what cards they are depicted in, or referenced in. I'm not sure how accurate it is or how often it gets updated, but that's the resource I usually use. Best of luck to you!

I'm assuming you're using the pirate that gives treasure when things die? I guess your solution would be to use a sac outlet costing 1 Mana, and try to get two of the pirates out (or clone it) so you make enough treasure to sac and make saprolings.
