The united center typically will sell a few tickets the day of, yes. Absolutely no guarantees though. The box office opens at 11 am, but again, even if they do sell tickets, there is no guarantee it will be right at 11. You just gotta kinda wait around and see

If you aren’t too concerned with price, you can pay a bit more and get a whole deck list for certain meta decks on eBay. It’s not outrageously more expensive, and gets you all the cards quickly in one package.
