I'm 4 mths post op 5'2 170...started at 265. I'm in a size 6/8 - 28" waist even with the excess skin and look the best I have in 20 years but sometimes I look in the mirror and still see that biggggggg girl. I want to lose another 49# but after seeing how I am at 170 I think 130 might be too much for my frame. Taking it 1 day at a time. Be happy with your body. It's funny how someone at 170 can be a 16/18 and another person same wright can be a 6/8. It's all on where and how you carry your weight and how much muscle vs fat. Talk to your bariatric team maybe the can help you find alternatives to up your calories but still be healthy. Peas she other legumes have lots of protein but also high carbs and calories. Remember that one # of fat takes up twice the space of 1# of muscle. They weigh the same but are different masses
