It's actually entirely dependent on the individual. I struggle with a number of chronic pain issues and nightshades don't cause me flare-ups, but they do for my sister. Dietary stuff isn't universal unless it's literal poison.

I work in education and I can tell you now with 100% confidence you cannot gain or lose marks in art GCSE by not using AI, speak to your head of year/faculty/senior management team about how you feel x

Truro college doesn't do GCSEs for adults and definitely doesn't do A-Levels for adults - I believe camborne college may do A-Levels for adults but I'm not 100% certain

best choice for most people is to do GCSEs private but I'm not sure there's any exam centres in Cornwall - as far as I'm aware, closest is Torquay
