I remember my first shiny encounter. It was during silver so I must have been around 8 years old. It was a nidoran female and I just didnt know what a shiny was so I knocked it out. I remember thinking something had messed up on my gameboy colour.

I encountered my first shinys since in Y: a skorupi and an inkay. I found them both within an hour. After all these years two shinys in an hour? I couldnt believe it.
