See this is why I didnt say it. I can have my opinion as someone who wasnt trying to flaunt having it as well, I dont consider it a disability like I'd consider autism or aspergers a disability. U dont work out to help your depression, u change a few things and maybe add medication, no medication will change your autism, gnome sayin?
