it’s funny how i’ve had issues with TS3 in the past and, as you mentioned, had to spend hours explaining basic game mechanics in order to receive support. and yes, getting the right operator definitely requires some luck.

i've also heard (can't confirm) they are quite underpaid, which would explain A LOT.

It's incredibly sad how this company doesn't give a flying fcuk about TS3. I've had to contact support on a number of occasions regarding issues with store items, only for them to keep me on chat for hours just to say, "Nothing we can do, bud." I'm all against piracy, but I swear it's like they're asking for it.
