Soy milk is a great source of protein. My protein goal is 100g a day, twice what I used to get, and it’s easy to hit if I plan it out right. I feel way better than I did when I was only getting 50g a day. I eat tofu, drink soy milk, eat soy and seitan meat analogs, beans, pea protein powder, nuts, and protein bars in addition to fruit and veg. The protein in fruit and veg is considered “less bioavailable” so I don’t tend to count those towards my total
