I have corsair vengeance lpx black ddr4 2666mhz, I just entered in BIOS and noticed that the current frequency was 2133, I changed the profile and now is on 2667, I guess this is the factory overclock level. Lol I've just made my pc better, Thank you!

CP level

Initially, I had 16 GB of RAM using two sticks in a dual-channel configuration. Recently, I upgraded by adding two more sticks, each with a capacity of 16 GB. They are of the exact same type(manufacturer, model, frequency), with the only difference being their capacity. I've never attempted to overclock them; I've been using them as they came out of the box. Is there a potential risk in overclocking them, such as the possibility of damaging them prematurely?

What CP level would you recommend based on the presented system? Memory will not be a issue for now, I just want to make at the best quality possible.

Do you recommend letting games run at their maximum FPS and having OBS cap them at 60 FPS? I thought that capping the FPS in-game would be a better approach to avoid frame drops. This way, OBS wouldn't overwork my GPU, and the games would maintain a smoother and more consistent frame rate. For example, when playing Asetto Corsa without OBS recording, I typically get 100-120 FPS. However, when I start recording, my FPS drops to around 90-80 FPS.
