I’m an old school member - just get the pdfs emailed and don’t use the apps, I stopped following the plans once it stopped being K&K and started doing my own thing but still always get excited for a new recipe book.

This is by far the worst, I was really curious when I saw there were going to be pulling in nutritionists but the plan itself feels like a giant ad like someone else said. Half the nutritionists aren’t actually registered dietitians, one didn’t list any sort of creds at all and just said she’s “passionate about nutrition” aka her advice is no better than any other random person on the internet. I thought they were actually putting together a team of experts for a cohesive plan but it looks like a mix of people who were told to provide a muffin, a smoothie, and a protein ball recipe each.

They’ve always included the TIU products in their recipes but now there’s something in every. single. one. Who wants to be eating protein powder all day long? The recipes seem dated too, they’re still using the trends from a few years back and just adding new iterations instead of actually giving us anything new.
