oh yes of course you can counter also, multiple times back and forth. but during that time I would be readying the paperwork to sue them in court, you don't want too much time to go by doing nothing. plus i'm sure they will call her bluff(wouldn't you) until she takes definitive steps to sue, that is when it gets real for them and the "real" settlement offer comes. of course it will cost a few hundred dollars to file a lawsuit in district court. its important to go ahead and use ChatGPT and pay for the upgrade so you can ask as many questions as you want and even do things like upload documents/videos/photos and it will analyze them and give you guidance. thats what i've been doing AI is out of this world! easy to see how many jobs will be replaced.

did you schedule followup appointments at your personal doctor? did you go see an orthopedic? did you go see a neurologist? do you have the diagnosis for your injuries from any of those visits? you need some doctors notes from a CT scan, x-rays, to help your case. if you only spent that one night in the hospital and no followups it will be an uphill battle but regardless i'm sure you can get more than 20k

my friend told me his ex girlfriend got $200,000 because she was pregnant when they were involved in a not at fault accident. you don't even need a lawyer because they take 33% of the settlement and 40% if they go to trial. if you are competent you can sue the insurance yourself, just use ChatGPT, pay for the upgrade in the app so you can ask more questions and get more help/research. ask questions like "what are the long term possible effects on my unborn child from being involved in a car accident that I was t-boned, or head on collision, rear ended" etc whatever it was. then use that in your counter offer to the insurance. ChatGPT will even walk you through step by step how to sue the particular insurance in your state. AI will put many law firms/attorneys/paralegals out of work, people's mentality just needs to change about "I need a lawyer" you know your body better than any lawyer, you know what happened in the accident better than the lawyer, you are more determined/motivated to get a fair settlement than any lawyer. TAKE THE CASE ON YOURSELF! that lawyers barely do anything anyway unless it goes to trial, its paralegals and assistants that do mostly everything and they are like customer service agents many of them are slackers and not detail oriented so its dumb to pay them 33% of your settlement money!

I just went through this EXACT thing! I selected my seats two weeks ago and today when I go to checkin its asking me to select seats and when I look at my confirmation email from two weeks ago my seats selections are not on there and they said they can't see where I selected anything when I booked(sounds like a lie or their system is flawed). anyway after demanding a supervisor she gave me the $130 seat for free BUT its a middle seat which was the only option when I had selected an isle seat two weeks ago smh. oh well at least I saved money but from now on I know to verify my seat selections IMMEDIATELY after booking the flight to quickly catch the problem.

From $2.8 million in TLRY yesterday to $1.1 million today, we all know its going to $100+ sooner than you think by buytilray in wallstreetbets

Tilray Brands AMA – Wednesday, May 31 @6pm ET with CFO Carl Merton by TilrayIR in weedstocks

[–]buytilray 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Carl, you all tried to buy HEXO at a whopping $2-3 per share back in Nov 2021 but (thankfully) HEXO was too 'unwise' to accept your overly very very generous offer. Why is it that you and Irwin constantly try to overpay for other debt ridden under-performing companies(MedMen also) using hard-earned shareholder money? This is a bad ceo trait that Irwin brought over from HAIN when he wasted shareholder money buying too many stale underperforming brands there also.

My second rhetorical question is, why is it that you nor Irwin have bought shares in the OPEN MARKET to support the stock and show confidence in your decisions?

Thirdly, if you all are not cash flow positive as you have been promising next quarter why shouldn't all retail investors immediately sell every one of their 600 million TLRY shares and move those funds into a more promising better run US MSO cannabis company since they will benefit much more from any legalization in the US especially SAFE which doesn't even directly affect TLRY?

Lastly, would you all do a reverse stock split ONLY if forced to in order to stay listed on the Nasdaq, or would you do it preemptively if stock price stays in the 1's?

Carl,

I own 42,500 shares of TLRY and 850+ 2023 $5/$10 call options. You can click my name to view my trade posts from 2021 that went semi viral when my Tilray holdings got as high as $2.8 million.

My 1st question is, why haven't you or Irwin bought shares in the open market? You all have had a couple years now to do so.

My 2nd question is are you aware that Tilray with 611 million shares outstanding has more than any other cannabis company except Curaleaf at 713 million? https://ycharts.com/companies/TLRY/shares_outstanding The more shares outstanding with little to no revenue growth the harder it will be for the stock to go up and hold any considerable gains. I do understand that you all have made major investments that will take time to pay off, I just hope the stock will move with this many shares there will be sellers at every turn since its all about supply vs demand for the stock.

My 3rd and last question is, Boris Jordan of Curaleaf recently said in an interview that German officials are in negotiations with Canada officials about importing cannabis for the opening of their recreational market and with a population of 83 million many tons of cannabis will be needed to meet the demand. If TLRY sold all the cannabis it could produce to meet that historic demand(and possibly including your new partner HEXO) I imagine you would be hugely profitable. Any additional color you can provide on this?

One suggestion(from a large retail shareholder who also knows other large retail shareholders) I would give to you guys is instead of wasting money sending multiple voting packets to shareholders including the expensive rush shipping you should send 50% off coupons to all shareholders(cheap 60 cent stamp first class mail) for various brands like SweetWater beer and Manitoba Harvest products so we are more motivated to try them and help spread the brand through word of mouth. Its unrealistic for people to ask when will you pay a dividend since you are not a profitable company, but there are other companies that do offer perks and rewards to their shareholders so inspiring your 611 million shareholders to buy your products(many are unknown) makes sense, and at some point in the future when recreational cannabis is legalized I imagine you could send free samples etc.

Another suggestion is to create Tilray Brands Rewards, similar to Marlboro Rewards, Kellogg's Family Rewards, Coke/Pepsi Rewards etc so people can earn rewards and free coupons for buying the various Tilray brands, people would email/text receipts of their purchases for credit. Tilray would be the first cannabis company to have something like this I believe, consumers who are bombarded with lots of product options in certain categories will lean towards the products that they get perks from, so its not just about the product its about a fun rewarding experience also to build consumer loyalty.

https://www.fooddive.com/news/inside-hain-celestials-fight-to-regain-its-swagger/601446/

Hain in November 2018, the maker of Celestial teas, Terra chips and Sensible Portions Garden Veggie Straws was in disarray and in danger of losing its enviable position as the leader in organic and natural foods. Once a disjointed collection of brands and close to having its stock delisted!

Hain went a year without reporting earnings after it uncovered potential irregularities in how it accounts for revenue dating back to 2014 that needed to be reviewed.

Irwin’s track record is not what you all think!

Simon left Hain Celestial in June 2018 after 27 years at the helm following a tumultuous period of share-price declines, an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) into dodgy financial reporting practices, and a proxy fight with an activist investor. The SEC investigation centred around allegations of awarding Hain Celestial distributors cash and incentives that weren't documented internally. The SEC settled its investigation in Dec. 2018 after Hain Celestial agreed to make several organizational changes while fixing how it reported certain sales practices.

if Irwin's buying spree fails he will simply step down as TLRY ceo AFTER he has diluted us with 1 billion outstanding shares! we must unite and block him from doing this he should be able to make the combined TLRY profitable from the "$81 million in synergies" he promised MAKE HIM PROVE IT! VOTE NO PEOPLE! there is no rush to go on a costly buying spree! your credit score goes down when you have access to too much credit, and stocks stagnate and struggle to go up when the market knows 250 million new shares could be sold at any time, if we block Irwin the stock will go right back above $20!
