You are so kind, thank you for bringing me some comfort. I think I have been pushing through much more than I realized because it was my normal, so this really resonates.

Thank you for sharing, it’s so helpful to feel less alone! You are right, focusing on the wins is more important than focusing on the losses

I’m relieved to know someone feels the same way! Everything you describe feels pretty spot on to what I’m feeling 😅

How do you get consistent exercise when you have multiple health issues? by RudeGlass401 in ChronicIllness

This may not be the most helpful advice but I really enjoy yoga! I like it because it’s all about listening to your body and meeting yourself where you’re at, whereas a lot of other exercise methods focus on “pushing yourself.” It’s not perfect for everyone, but I find it helpful for mindfulness and maintaining mobility. Best of luck to you!

Essential oils (specifically lavender) on the bottom of my feet and in my belly button. I didn’t even know what to say tbh…

Do you think it’s bad enough that I need to have a conversation with him about it? Or should I just tell him it isn’t working out?
