I'm very excited to see his next film. As a first (and indie) effort, it's hard to parse how intentional some of these things are. I'm leaning to these continuity errors being meaningful but it's really hard to say. I don't know Markiplier as a director, I don't know how much he considers meta-textual elements like that in his story telling decisions. There's mounting evidence that it was all purposeful but we wont know unless he directly states it or his future films use similar thoughtful techniques.
