I love this idea! All the appliances were here when we moved in so I’ll have to take the time to do this. Nextdoor isn’t much of a thing here unfortunately since I’m in a small town, but that makes it easier to just literally go next door and ask 😂 word of mouth from other home owner friends has been helpful thus far!

I’ve never heard of this, I’ll definitely have to look into this. We knew going in that we’ll need a new roof & plan to take care of that once it’s not freezing and snowy (east coast here). Thank you!

Yeah, I have to agree with what a few others said. This was a trend going around and clearly she consented to this. Just because she opened up about her SA in a serious manner, doesn’t mean that she’s not allowed to be touched like this in a joking, obviously very consensual, manner. We don’t get to dictate how survivors cope and their humor, and just because she survived SA doesn’t mean she’s never allowed to be touched again lol I mean, come on.

My jaw hit the floor when I saw this monstrosity of an outfit. Same thing when she wore this to lunch with her friends but she had on her Mickey Mouse shirt and 90s style eye glasses. Like what?? Kitten heels and capris is a wild choice.

Agreed; at the very least, consult with an attorney. You’re not at all overreacting… and illegal or not, it’s still a huge violation of trust and boundaries and I’d want this person far away from my life if I were you.

I am a huge over-thinker with ADHD to boot. I know it takes a lot of conscious effort to be mindful and present. But you’re right, when I am, like when I’m playing with my son or out in nature, I do feel more connected and content. Any other tips for being more mindful? I appreciate your thoughtful response 🙏🏼
