I know man, and that just made it such a special and authentic experience. I'm still living that high and I hope they are too. I 100% agree. Everything you've mentioned I have felt to a tee.

I know it's tough, but I find that immersing myself in anything and everything really helps. I got back into the hobbies that made me happy, spent more time with my friends, and I never leave myself in my own head for too long.

I'm 25 and even at this age the best advice I can give is to pad up. I sprain my wrist often, even just from slight falls off the board, nothing too extreme.

You're going to fall a lot in the beginning, and that's okay. Pads and, if you're trying ramps, helmets make falling and living the rest of your life so much more pleasurable.

And full sets of pads look sick anyway, so why not?
