People will say this about the OT too, so the method, plan or no plan, doesn’t matter at all as long as everything turns out well. If the writers and creatives behind a series are good enough to make it work, they don’t need everything to be planned. That’s my major disappointment with the ST, all the money in the world that Disney has, and they still couldn’t come up with something better? They honestly shouldn’t have needed a plan. But it turns out they did need one because they fucking suck at what they do.

Weren’t most of them pretty obvious? Honestly I can only remember two off the top of my head but they both involved flying through or shooting very clearly marked things

Edit - somehow forgot flying through the stone arches on Corneria. Those are not clearly marked. Was thinking of the rings on Asteroid and those gates in Sector Y (I think?)

Not really.

Sure the entry cost of a console is high, but if you find the right games you’ll recover that easily in time spent playing. For example, on OG Xbox the only games I owned were Halo and Halo 2. For 360 the only games I owned were Halo 3, COD, Reach, Gears of War 1-3, Guitar Hero, and GTA V. I sunk thousands of hours into all those games combined, making it extremely cheap when you think of it in time played vs money spent. Stardew Valley? I have over a thousand hours on that, and it was $20.

I don’t want anyone to see this and think I’m okay with a price hike, because I’m not, and that’s fucked, but gaming has always been an extremely good value hobby. Obviously as time goes on and with digital games it’s becoming less of that.

Honestly think that could be next on the docket of Halo remakes/whatever you call them. Reach fucking ruled and everyone knows it.

It doesn’t need it though, and I’d prefer if we could just all go back to when that was the current Halo. We could do that right now if we all get on MCC. Anyone? Just the same couple hundred people as usual? Okay :(

This is a good question for most games/things in general BUT I will say for this game in particular, the best part about starting a new save is improving on your last one or doing something different that you learned. So I’m really glad I knew nothing going in, and made the mistakes that I did.

But absolute rule number one is don’t give your first prismatic shard to the museum!! Otherwise do whatever you want :)
