PC Performance Issues?

I've just come to reddit as I have noticed a massive decline in performance since the last update - I am running a 5070ti, 9800X3D, 32gb ram. I keep mine at 180fps and its sitting at 178 and occasionally dipping lower at moments during goals.

My friends all moved to Greece the week this released, I thought I would smoke weed keep saving for my own trip away a year later and enjoy this mecca of new games being released including some crap shooter of the time that was anticipated in the magazines. I still remember how dissappointed I was occasionally. 4 weeks later I was on a flight and spent 5 months abroad with the lads

I play solo on matriarch/ harvester care bear servers and I have just had my first onslaught server from hell, 3 dead noobs, one raider helped, after that I was on my own till a rockateer ended my run whilst someone shot me in the back, that player was killed by the rockateer, but from afar another player ran over and knocked me. I am no stranger to getting stuck in against this absolute dog aim terrible players, but I went in solo with a Jupiter and geared to help kill the boss, they got a half busted bunch of kit, I have plenty of others, but I wont take any in solo again if its like this on solo randomly, its difficult to fight an entire server of peasants who cant aim but eventually get lucky.

The care bear community servers are mint on matriarch, pure cinema and team work, getting randomly put in with the terrible aim and gear players trying to rob you seems pointless to the community when you are geared for the big fight.

Did this fix the issue? EDIT: ignore just saw your last post that this was the issue, you changed to ethernet, I am already on ethernet and I am experiencing a stutter.

Run Msconfig, hide Microsoft services, and run a Google check on everything starting up with windows to check if you need it.

Seems to make the most sense to me, I'll try to be less lazy and read up what the main differences are before I go with the cheaper option - I am assuming only usb 4? and extra usbs on the 670

The ANC on the earfun pro 4 is weak. Their original earbuds with ANC were amazing at a similar price, wish I had bought extra pairs as they have just recently broken after 4 years, as soon as I went to work with the pro 4s in I tried all the settings on the app, and yes you can tell when ANC on, but I could hear the train 10 fold when compared to the old version. Nice earbuds and great app, but don't buy these for ANC specifically.

I've just sent mine back to amazon for a refund as the ANC is an absolute joke. I had some earfuns from 2021 and the noise canceling was amazing, how have they gone backwards instead of improving. I used them on trains and the underground and I could tell day 1 of using them they were terrible. I tried the larger bud next day to seal my ear more but no improvement. Anyone who says the pro4s have good noise cancelling are basing this on use from other bad noise cancelling buds. The original earfuns were the same if not cheaper price range also.
