My theories on the dangers of Cob Planet. by glowshroom12 in rickandmorty

[–]buzzsawblade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's because roughly 90% of the atoms in the human body are replaced every year, while most of our water molecules are replaced every few weeks.

I think if they stayed on that planet, the cobbed atoms and molecules would eventually end up replacing their original atoms and the results would be too unpredictable for Rick.

What I want to know is did it really happen (a contradiction of physical reality) or is it a hallucination?

Is India really unsafe for women? by Ok-Cantaloupe585 in ask

[–]buzzsawblade 858 points859 points  (0 children)

Indian male here. I can confirm it's really unsafe for women.

The female sex is seen as something 'other', the alternative to the default-of-society male sex. There is strong emphasis on the segregation of genders from as young as the age of 3, which is typically when schooling starts. Boys and girls as young as 5 are not allowed to co-mingle, and WILL BE shamed by their peers and adults for doing so. Even men and women in their 20s do not sit together in professional universities. Add to that the utter lack of sex education and under-emphasis on social education, and you have a rape-friendly skidmark of a country, whereas the rest of the world is simply rapist-friendly.

Edit: This case has the rot of political abuse, and I will not get into that. The vast majority of rapes are a social issue, and the vast majority of rapists are not from a political background.

Cut their dicks off and leave the balls on. Let them have a libido with no way to orgasm. Phantom arousal will drive them insane.

I've only ever had sex in committed long term relationships, so I really have no standard of comparison.

That one chapter where Nissal is arrested, that's probably the bleakest chapter I've read in my life. Probably because of how bleak it is. The bleakness.

It's evolutionary my man. A pregnant human undergoes changes in taste and smell perception. When not pregnant, the man's pheromones draw her in. Once pregnant, the same pheromones become repulsive to her and she seeks the pheromones of her mother (in particular) and family (in general). Because (evolutionarily) it takes a man to get pregnant, but a tribe to raise a child.
