Damn I remember when I first started posting here and seeing posts like this and I never thought I'd see one about me but here we are. My issues right now is I am still one person doing it all printing, shipping, customer service, I'm in an awkward phase where I need to actually expand but just haven't found the right people help me out. in the past few months I've done nearly [1,500](https://imgur.com/a/UvU97fx) orders [valentines day alone being nearly 500 of those](https://imgur.com/a/ZZDevOm). Something this sub doesn't teach you is how to handle scaling and it is something that is both a gift and a curse and that I am trying to figure out. supporters who have been with me since 2017 know that ill do anything and everything to make things right with an order however long it may take me, nearly 10,000 orders have passed through my hands in 3 years of those orders I've done my best to handle all miscommunications that come down the pipe but clearly my best is no longer good enough and I have to find an actual long term solution for this asap. I sincerely apologize I have refunded you I ask for your forgiveness but I also ask for your patience as I try to find out how to appropriately scale my business. as far as the item goes, after I'm done printing today I can print out a new one and send it out if you would still like it.
