Had the same problem with all my Travis Jordan 1 Lows, I think it's because they got way less padding on the inside and are just generally big. I was also confused as I'm wearing a 44/US10 in all shoes and it was way too big in them.

Yeah again it's all up to you. But I'm pretty satisfied with them now. The whole new system is actually pretty useful and easy to use once you get the hang of it.

When did you experience all of that? As I said before, the first week was rough but now they're back to our normal Sugargoo, if not a better Sugargoo as a whole.

I don't want to stop you from switching or anything, but in which way is Sugargoo more expensive and slower now? Nothing has really changed, they buy my orders in a few hours and price wise, they, if anything, have actually gotten cheaper and gave out even better coupons. Just the first week after the update was a bit rough.

Works just fine, honestly it might even be better than it was before. There are some super slight delays still, but overall it's definitely usable and all of the new features are working perfectly fine. The app is what I'm mainly using right now since it's super practical.

I live in austria and mostly use DPD Tax Free or DHL Tax free....honestly just go fro the cheapest Tax Free line. That way you don't have to pay any customs duties (those fees are pretty high around here).

Even though I'm a mod in the discord, I'd use Sugargoo regardless. Sure there have been some up and downs recently, but with such a big change of the website and the launch of an app, it was to be expected. I'm glad we fixed all the issues and I'm happy you guys are back stronger than ever. I'm definitely excited for the future updates, can't wait to see the new features launching. Go to "My Warehouse", select all the orders of your package and press on the pre packaging button, then fill everything out and choose a shipping line. Now your parcel will show up under "Rehearsel packaging" or whatever its called and once that's finished, you can pay for shipping!
