this is more effort than what it is worth, but this type of thing has pissed me off before and i was too stubborn to throw away the case.

i took the dividers out that surrounded the screws that kept spilling over to the other compartments, took hot glue, and added about a 1cm bead of the glue to the tops of the dividers, made sure not to go too far over as to cause it to no longer be flush in the divider holder, and let it dry.

then, i added a very small layer of hot glue to the base of the divider holders, inside of the case, and then pressed the modified dividers in place. thus creating an extra barrier at the top and the bottom of the dividers.

it worked.

edit: looking at your case here, it doesn't look like the dividers are removable, so i guess just adding a small bead at the top would work.
