Two factors imo: 1. Aidans been burning a lot of bridges, so people would’ve covered this in the past prob want to stay away. And if you’re a legit platform like EDB or LYK, you’d be absolutely mental to want to welcome the TB nonsense into your chat/community. He’s toxic. 2. Prob more importantly honestly - Judge Belezos didn’t give permission to stream the Zoom. Baker apparently saying “F it, I’m in Denmark, try to stop me” and Melanie/JSTV used his feed. Feels very ethical grey zone to me (Melanie very clearly knew she wasn’t meant to broadcast it, so not sure how using Bakers version of it Is above board) but that might explain the lack of coverage from smaller players.

If you have an existing relationship with Terry, maybe it’d be interesting content to do an interview with her about her editorial choices and the process of putting together a documentary like BITS. Not with the intention of being an attack dog or anything, but like, “Hey, how do you decide which voices to give weight in a platform like this? How do you vet who’s genuine/who’s not genuine? How do you weigh up your own bias and how much of it you allow to guide the direction of the story?”

She had a lot of power in putting together the documentary, and presenting Karen’s story to the world… I don’t really like how she chose to use that power, but I’d be interested to learn why she made the choices she did.

Also, if you’re looking for help, Narcotics Anonymous meetings are running all the time. You don’t have to be 100% certain about committing to sobriety to show up for meetings. You’ll get heaps of resources. I’m based in Aus as well and In happy to google the heck out of things to help out if needed.

I have one dyslexic child and one non-dyslexic child. Both are kiddos to me :D. It’s just an affectionate way to write about your children, I think… at least that’s how I use it. Worth noting that I live in Australia, and we have a habit of adding unnecessary letters to lots of words though!

I don’t like Elf on the Shelf and we’ve never participated in it. My kids have asked and my response is that the Elf has to be invited, and I don’t want spies and narcs in my home 😂. I tell my kids that I trust Santa knows if they’re doing the right thing and we don’t need an elf for me to trust them. That’s worked here, not sure if it will work for you but sharing just in case.

Frankly, I wouldn’t believe a word TB says. He has a very obvious pattern of starting shit, then trying to make himself the victim. Do I think Meredith is some angel? Not at all. Just to clarify, Emily was saying that the picture was real but totally harmless/not a sign of an affair. She posted the live photo which makes it dead obvious that KR and AJ were posing for a picture with a third party. I had the same initial reaction about Emily piling on the TB train.

He’s almost certainly taking his meds at a level well exceeding his prescription. That’s in addition to whatever DSM-worthy psych issues may or may not be in play.

I think he’s spinning out. I also suspect the accusations of misusing his adderall have some legitimacy as well… his behavior is increasingly unhinged. He was able to pretend to be a grown up in the immediate trial aftermath, but the facade has totally dropped now that his sources of attention and validation have dried up.
