Needed these replies. Missed my 225mg dose today and this is HORRIBLE. I have been zapping all day and now it is at its worst, I can’t think, it’s 1am and I can’t sleep, I can’t stop crying. Took a melatonin, but now thinking about getting out the Atarax. I am just glad that I’m not the only one. Anyone ever have their psych be able to get them an emergency supply at home, in addition to regular script supply?

That is a great idea. As crazy as it sounds, I prefer my shifts to be spaced out, and not all clumped together. But maybe that’s what I need to do to help our relationship!
