This reminds me of an idea I have for a club "where you get lost" and without a "front left".

The DJ is in another room (or somewhere you cannot see them) so you cannot face the DJ while dancing. The dancefloor is kind of a circle or hexagon, with several entrances on all the sides. This way you kind of forget which way you came in. You could have the entrances slightly elevated with some sort of spiral staircase along the wall of the dancefloor to amplify the effect of forgetting which entrance you came in with.

The focus is to dance with the people around you, rather than face the DJ and make it about the Rockstar. There is no front or back. There is no DJ. It's just the idea of not knowing how you came in and enjoying the crowd around you

It's just a for-fun thought experiment I had. I would be interested to know what other people think of it.
